Pass-in-Review

During Boston University's Parent's Weekend, the annual Presidential Pass-in-Review occurs for friends and families of cadets.

Fall Field Training Exercise

Cadets will go to a Field Training Exercise (FTX) for an entire weekend once a semester. During the FTX, cadets will have a chance to apply their tactical training and fieldcraft.

Field Training Exercise

Cadets will receive extensive training on land navigation, field operations, and tactics.

FTX

During FTX, Cadets will encounter complex problems that will require quick thinking and teamwork to succeed.

Dining-In

At the end of the Fall Semester, the CRB family comes together to celebrate in a night of food and laughter.

Combat Water Survival Test

Cadets will be required to pass the Combat Water Survival Test, which includes a confidence drop, an equipment drop, and a number of swimming events.

Veteran's Day Vigil

Each year on Veteran's Day, Cadets from all services join together to have a vigil on Marsh Plaza at Boston University.

Ranger Challenge

Cadets have the option to join the Ranger Challenge Team. These Cadets conduct extracurricular training and receive more advanced tactical instruction. This can include supplementary workouts and FTXs.

Ranger Challenge
Color Guard

Cadets can also participate in color guard. Opportunities to present the colors have included Fenway Park and TD Garden!

Cadet Leadership Camp

Cadets are required to attend Cadet Leadership Camp (CLC) the summer after their junior year. Here, they will join Cadets from other schools to be assessed on what they have learned in order to evaluate their ability to lead soldiers.

The Army Cultural Understanding and Language Program sends cadets across the globe to better learn languages and understand foreign cultures. Cadets typically work with either a non-govermnmental agency, like Cross-Cultural Solutions, or with a foreign nation’s military. In years past, Cadets have traveled to countries such as China, Tanzania, Morocco, Russia, Senegal, Korea, Ghana, and Botswana.

Lifelong Friends

The camaraderie between Cadets create a bond that lasts a lifetime!
